This project certification has proven that PMA has achieved the PHIUS passive house design qualification presented by a rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) program performed on site by highly skilled and specialized PHIUS+ Raters.
PHIUS+ Certification Overview
The PHIUS+ Certification Program is the leading passive building certification program in North America. It is the only passive building certification that combines a thorough passive house design verification protocol with a stringent Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program performed onsite by highly skilled and specialized PHIUS+ Raters and Verifiers.

The Lucy G. Moses Preservation Awards are the Conservancy’s highest honors for excellence in preservation. PM Architecture PC is honored to be presented with this prestigious award for 244 Lenox Avenue.
