Established in 1995, PM Architecture PC has always focused on strengthening communities and building a greener future. The firm has completed over 400 million dollars’ worth of projects in the NYC area, ranging from restaurant interiors to multi-unit residential and mixed-use buildings across the five boroughs. PM Architecture has been a member of the USGBC since 2005, recently completing two LEED  projects: Bank Street Apartments (LEED Certified) and the 77 East 110 Condominiums (LEED Silver). PMA has also been a member of PHIUS since 2016, recently completing the Washington Heights Multifamily Passive House in 2018.
