The PM Architecture team has a broad range of experiences with both domestic and international projects. PM Architecture is able to successfully compete in a fast paced and innovative architectural environment such as NYC by relying on its professional staff and by drawing on their unique academic and professional experiences.
Parag Mehta founded PM Architecture in 1995, and since then, has developed the company into a successful enterprise that focuses on sustainable, affordable projects that are developed with the client’s needs in mind and with the highest level of quality and care. His past experience includes Ellerbe Becket and Russo Sonders, Perkins & Will.

Rosemary Estrella has extensive experience with the New York City Building Department and NYC Building Codes. She has a strong creative eye, which, coupled with her wide range of knowledge, makes her a vital team member in all PM Architecture projects.

Amina Bouayad brings a strong urban design & architecture background to the firm and has experience in interior design and planning. She is a creative and energetic team member and brings her international experience to PM Architecture.

Pankaj Nauriyal brings over 8 years of experience working in India and Germany to the PM Architecture team. He has extensive knowledge of a variety of building types, and has worked on projects in India, Germany, Cyprus, Oman and Canada, and has a strong Revit background.
