‘In February, 2018, HPD announced the selection of development teams for Round 3, to create nearly 500 rental and home ownership units in the Brownsville, Bedford-Stuyvesant, East New York, and Weeksville neighborhoods of Brooklyn; the Morrisania, East Tremont, Morris Heights, and Melrose neighborhoods of the Bronx, South Jamaica in Queens, and East Harlem in Manhattan.’  Among these teams, is the joint venture of Rajoy Management, Inc. & PM Architecture PC. They will be working on 10 lots, a total of 73 units.
