Queens, Brooklyn & Staten Island, NY
These buildings are located in Queens, Brooklyn & Staten Island. They make up a cluster of buildings undergoing NYCHA’s Small Homes Rehab program, which labors to return vacant and abandoned houses to full use and ownership. The program strives to provide safe, code-compliant, and healthy homes to prospective homeowners.
Considering the state of these structures are unsafe, most of the interiors and building systems will be demolished and rebuilt better than they ever were. We are taking innovative measures such as meeting the 2015 Enterprise Green Communities Criteria, which results in lower operating and maintenance costs.
Working with a 3rd party-affiliated along with NYCHA, we aided in the development of scopes of work, construction documents, and the selection of materials
