This project located in the Bronx, consists of a cluster of buildings renovated through NYC HPD’s Third Party Transfer program. Scope items included new roof with high-albedo coating, new energy efficient windows and building insulation, as well as replacing aging infrastructure for more energy efficient and code compliant building systems. The project is compliant with Enterprise Green Communities.
Phase 1 entails renovation of 701 and 705 Crotona Park North, which are two adjacent buildings with a shared heating/hot water system. These buildings are 5 stories each and have a combined unit count of 44 units, including 1 super’s apartment. Phase 2 includes 1131 Croes Avenue and 1922 Crotona Parkway.
