These four buildings, located in the Bronx, make up a cluster of buildings undergoing renovation under NYC HPD’s Third Party Transfer program. Scope items included new roof with high-albedo coating, new energy efficient windows and building insulation, as well as replacing aging infrastructure for more energy efficient and code compliant building systems.
The project is also compliant with Enterprise Green Communities standards and the three larger buildings are also undergoing NYSERDA MPP certification.

These buildings are 5 stories each and have a combined unit count of 44 units, including 1 super’s apartment. 1131 Croes Avenue and 1922 Crotona Parkway are part of Phase II; Phase II work commenced in December 2014.
